About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop productive, high-quality posts, videos, and blog content related to the online competition "Global Talent Quest" being conducted by our company
2. Create posts, videos, or blog content that goes in line with the online competition "Global Talent Quest"
3. Engage with the audience through comments, social media, and other channels to clarify the queries of interested participants
4. Select appropriate social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn) based on the target audience
5. Close 10 registrations per day (mandatory)
6. Prepare regular reports in Excel format to update the company on the progress and success of the promotion strategies
7. Promote the competition using different WhatsApp groups where you can expect to meet the target audience
8. Promote the online competition "Global Talent Quest"
Note: We expect the influencers to create 5 posts, videos, and blogs per week and keep reposting the posts, videos, and blogs on all 7 days in their LinkedIn profiles and other social media channels to increase the views.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience as a LinkedIn influencer, with a portfolio of successful posts, videos, and blogs and a substantial following
2. Knowledge of creating good-quality posts, videos, and blogs with proper editing
3. The candidate should have good knowledge of using Canva software
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with audiences through videos, comments, and other channels
5. Ability to work independently to achieve business goals
6. Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies
7. The candidate should be able to complete the daily work daily without fail
7. The candidate should be able to work 6 days a week
9. The candidate should be able to close 10 registrations per day for the competition “Global Talent Quest

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 800000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance based).
