About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social networks in India.
2. Craft compelling audio, visual, and written content that aligns with our brand message and appeals to our target audience.
3. Collaborate with our mental health experts to ensure content accuracy and sensitivity.
4. Schedule and publish posts regularly across all social media channels to maintain a consistent online presence.
5. Monitor and moderate user-generated content, comments, and messages to foster a positive and respectful community.
6. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
7. Foster meaningful interactions with our followers to build brand loyalty and trust.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and hot topics to initiate relevant conversations.
9. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
10. Use data insights to optimize content strategies and improve overall social media performance.
11. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platform.
12. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
13. Research competitor strategies to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
14. Document the same regularly and track the progress.
