About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing and growing the Facebook page and LinkedIn profile through daily posting and engagement
2. Engaging with other profiles on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content
3. Being active and present during live webinars (primarily on weekends)
4. Identifying and sorting potential leads from social media platforms and organizing them in an Excel sheet for follow-up
5. Researching and qualifying potential leads for further engagement through email and tele-calling
6. Speaking with customers and leads over the phone in English and Hindi to answer queries, resolve issues, and build relationships
7. Assisting customers with inquiries related to payment failures, course access, or general support
8. Supporting the team with posting social media content, organizing data for email marketing campaigns, and helping in basic customer outreach strategies

Other requirements

1. Fluent in English & Hindi (both verbal and written)

2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

3. Experience in lead generation, sorting, and managing customer data in Excel

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and online

5. Good knowledge of internet usage, research, and engagement tools

6. Availability during webinars on weekends (2-3 hours) and willingness to participate in live community classes during the week

7.Candidates from the Delhi NCR region will be given preference
