About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
3. Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment events
4. Help in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
