Payroll Executive Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of India payroll regulations, income tax rules, and proficiency in Excel functions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
2. Calculate employee salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
3. Ensure timely submission and compliance with statutory filings such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other relevant filings.
4. Stay updated with the latest amendments in India income tax laws, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
5. Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliations as required.
