Social Work Work From Home Part Time Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Connection & Advocacy:
- Act as a liaison between community members, facilitating communication and fostering connections.
- Focus on providing solutions to the challenges faced by the community, rather than just identifying issues.
2. Social Impact Tracking & Reporting:
- Create detailed reports on FC's social impact, tracking progress and measuring the effectiveness of community initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide insights on how FC's activities are improving the lives of users and contributing to the larger vision.
3. Research & Resource Development:
- Research and identify potential new sources of funding, including grants and donations, to support FC's social initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to craft proposals and present funding opportunities.
4. Support & Empowerment:
- Offer support to users by helping them navigate community challenges and connect with resources within the FCverse.
- Immerse yourself in the metaverse, app, and website and engage with users to ensure community feedback is integrated into platform development and social programming.
- Support the creation of events and activities that encourage personal empowerment and social change.

Social Impact: Your role will be crucial in advancing FC's mission of promoting inclusivity, respect, and equality within the LGBTQ+ community. You will play a key part in assessing the social impact of our initiatives and ensuring they have measurable, positive outcomes. Additionally, you'll contribute directly to the sustainability of FC's social programs by helping secure funding through grants and donations.
