About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Campaigning strategies and execution: Developing and executing paid ad campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, targeting key markets in Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand
2. Working on ad optimization: Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI adjusting, targeting creatives, and bidding strategies for better performance
3. Assisting in audience segmentation: Identifying and creating target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to reach the right customers and drive online sales of our suits
4. Tracking performance: Tracking key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and providing insights and reports to the team for strategic decisions regularly
5. Implementing A/B testing on ad creatives, copying, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates
6. Working on budget management: Managing and allocating the advertising budget effectively across platforms to ensure cost-efficient performance in foreign markets
7. Collaborating and working closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and copy that resonate with international audiences and align with the brand's goals
8. Working on market research: Staying updated on the latest trends, audience behavior, and platform updates in target countries to ensure campaigns remain competitive and relevant
