As a Sales Outreach Intern, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts promoting unique offerings to prospective clients through various sales strategies including cold calls, email outreach and other effective campaigns. Please apply only if you are available to work for minimum 5 hours in the EST zone (i.e. 8 PM IST onwards)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential leads to introduce them to our platform and convince them to join it
2. Respond to incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
3. Communicate effectively in English to engage with customers/clients and answer their queries
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
5. Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities
6. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
7. Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and convert them
8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, and follow-up activities
9. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
4. A strong interest and inclination to learn and master Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Customer Engagement and Sales Closing
5. Ability to conduct research and analyze data
6. Ability to work independently and remotely
7. Comfortable with technology and learning new software and knowledge of MS Office Suite is a plus
