Join our team as a product marketing intern and play a pivotal role in raising funds, boosting engagement, and promoting our organization's products. This internship opportunity, provided by our NGO, focuses on leveraging marketing and sales skills to drive revenue through the sale of products while increasing awareness of our cause of helping 350+ stray animals daily, residing in an area where they have no one to look after them. As a product marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit marketing and sales.
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our organization's products, including merchandise, publications, and other items
2. Utilize both online and offline channels to reach target audiences and drive sales
3. Work with the fundraising team to find, cultivate, and acquire financial contributions from individuals, businesses, and organizations
4. Create interesting pitches, proposals, and presentations to encourage donations and sponsorships
5. Identify and form alliances with like-minded groups, corporations, and institutions to broaden our reach and influence
6. Investigate options for collaboration, cooperative projects, and resource sharing to achieve common objectives
7. Help promote and sell our organization's products and services, such as merchandise, event tickets, and memberships
8. Create marketing plans, promotional materials, and sales pitches to attract customers
