Legal Research Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide independent legal advice to clients on settlement agreements, statutory declarations, and related matters
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and provide expert recommendations
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
4. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of legal services
5. Assist in negotiating and structuring deals relating to employment, civil and commercial matters
6. Stay up-to-date with legal regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide valuable guidance
7. Act as a legal representative in certain cases
