Human Resources Assistant Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process and facilitating new employee orientation
2. Offer Letters, Contracts, and Certifications: Issuing offer letters, drafting employment contracts, and managing certification processes
3. Employee Relations: Addressing workplace issues, and conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
4. Performance Management: Administering performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
5. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing development programs
6. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs and assisting with inquiries
7. Payroll and Compensation: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
8. Record-keeping and Documentation: Maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation
