As a growth & engagement intern at First Contact, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our vibrant community. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with users, understanding their needs, and creating strategies to drive both user satisfaction and platform growth. This position is perfect for someone passionate about community building, user experience, and growth strategies. You'll gain hands-on experience in creating impactful engagement initiatives and contributing to the broader growth objectives of our platform.
1. Engage with community members in and out of the metaverse, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
2. Address user inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience on the platform
3. Develop and execute strategies to increase user retention and platform growth
4. Monitor community activity and provide feedback to improve user engagement and satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align growth initiatives with overall business goals
6. Assist in organizing virtual events or campaigns to boost community participation
7. Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
