About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and produce engaging promotional videos, explainer animations, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
2. Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video and animation content
3. Use animation software (such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.) to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, visual effects, and engaging animations
4. Create and maintain cohesive brand visual elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
5. Design and develop graphics for brand identity including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual assets that align with the company's vision and product development
6. Revamp or evolve visual assets as needed to stay aligned with current trends and brand positioning
7. Design high-quality creative content for digital campaigns, including social media ads, banner ads, email templates, landing pages, and print collateral
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals are aligned with marketing objectives and messaging
9. Assist with the creation of presentations, product demos, and internal communications using visual design techniques
10. Work closely with product development, product marketing, and social media experts to produce content that aligns with overall project goals and deadlines
11. Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for product promotions and brand initiatives
12. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in video production and animation to bring fresh ideas to the table
13. Proactively suggest new design techniques and trends that could enhance the visual storytelling of the company

Other requirements
1. Good understanding of graphic design, video production, or animation
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, content marketing, content writing, UI & UX design, video editing, and digital art(experience with 3D tools is a plus)
3. A passion for creating engaging visual content and a willingness to learn and improve
4. Eagerness to learn the latest design trends, video editing, and animation techniques
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow design guidelines to create consistent, on-brand visuals
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team
7. Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs based on direction from senior designers and the marketing team
8. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in graphic design, animation, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
