Join our team as a Fundraising Intern and contribute to raising funds and boosting engagement for our organization and its affiliated NGOs. This internship opportunity, provided by our NGO, focuses on leveraging your communication skills to solicit donations, engage supporters, and support our fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising Intern, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising and engagement for 350+ stray animals without one to look after them.
1. Fundraising Campaigns: Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns aimed at collecting funds for our organization and partner NGOs; this involves using various platforms such as social media, email, and phone calls to request donations and engage with supporters
2. Donor Engagement: Building relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters through personalized communication and stewardship activities; you'll be responsible for providing updates on project progress and impact to ensure donor satisfaction and retention
3. Engagement Activities: Developing strategies to increase engagement with our organization's supporters and followers; this includes creating compelling content for social media platforms, newsletters, and websites to encourage active participation
4. Collaboration: Working closely with team members and partner organizations to coordinate fundraising efforts and maximize collective impact; this involves sharing best practices, collaborating on joint campaigns, and supporting each other's fundraising initiatives
