2. Organize and update financial records to ensure accurate documentation.
3. Manage and organize the fundraising team, clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
4. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Spearhead efforts to raise funds for the NGO through various channels.
6. Develop and implement creative strategies to engage donors and attract contributions.
7. Coordinate and actively participate in various events organized by the NGO.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful planning and execution of fundraising events.
9. Lead a fundraising campaign with the goal of raising 2000 specifically for a Women Empowerment event.
10. Develop compelling narratives and promotional materials to encourage donations.
