About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
3. Document and track customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position 1: 6 AM to 3 PM
Weekly schedule: 6 working days a week, with a weekly off on Tuesday.

Position 2: 3 PM to 12 AM
Weekly schedule: 6 working days a week, with a weekly off on Wednesday.
