Client Servicing Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the single point of contact between installers, videographers, clients, and the company, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
2. Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule installation appointments, ensuring all parties are well-informed and available at the agreed time.
3. SOP Compliance: Ensure that all parties involved are aware of and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a smooth and successful installation.
4. Documentation & Contracts: Handle all necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring everything is in place before the installation begins.
5. Client Experience: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring a positive, hassle-free installation experience.
6. Process Design: Assist in designing and refining SOPs and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in coordination and client handling.
7. Problem-Solving: Act quickly to resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, maintaining professionalism and keeping the client's experience top of mind.
