Positive Attitude: Friendly and patient, especially during challenging calls.
Quick Learner: Able to quickly understand our services and communicate them well.
Experience in Telecalling (Preferred): Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools and data entry.
