Good Communication Skills: Able to speak clearly and engage clients confidently.
Basic Sales Knowledge: Some understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve targets and improve personal performance.
Attention to Detail: Organized in keeping track of calls, follow-ups, and data entry.
Positive Attitude: Friendly and patient, especially during challenging calls.
Quick Learner: Able to quickly understand our services and communicate them well.
Experience in Telecalling (Preferred): Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools and data entry.
