As a human resources intern at Heuser Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of HR including HR analytics, HR branding, and HRIS. Your role will be crucial in supporting the HR team with data analysis, employer branding initiatives, and managing our HRIS effectively. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, along with your advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word will be essential in excelling in this role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making
2. Support in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
3. Maintain and update HRIS with accuracy and efficiency
4. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
5. Support in organizing training and development programs for employees
6. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
