Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping
2. Process applicants through a funnel of screening.
3. Report recruiting activities on a timely basis.
4. Contacting HRs of the different companies to get more clients.
5. Uploading the requirements on social platforms and portals to get the desired candidate and maintaining their proper record.
6. Provide stellar candidate experience.
7. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our client recruitment process.
8. Maintain a proactive approach to seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.
9. Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
