About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Offer jobs to eligible & interested candidates
2. Work on assessing communication skills & other eligibility criteria before scheduling their interviews
3. Work on the first round of telephonic interviews & screening before processing the candidates for the next round of interviews
4. Find appropriate candidates from the data given by the company (Around 100 calls to be done each day)
5. Generate leads from social media platforms (proper training will be given
6. End to end Recruitement
