Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Recruitment Support:
Assisting in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Maintaining candidate databases.

Onboarding & Off boarding:
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires (e.g., document collection, orientation scheduling).
Assisting with exit formalities and maintaining records.

Employee Records Management:
Updating and organizing employee files and databases.
Ensuring the accuracy of HR data.

Administrative Support:
Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Managing office supplies and handling general administrative tasks.

Engagement Activities:
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.
Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements.

Compliance & Policy:
Assisting in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Helping in the documentation and implementation of HR policies.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
