As an HR and Partnership Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both human resources functions and partnership initiatives within our organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork, facilitating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
4. Research potential partnership opportunities with educational institutions, training providers, and industry experts.
5. Assist in building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
6. Work closely with partnership managers to develop partnership proposals, agreements, and presentations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR management, partnership development, and educational technology.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
