1. Work with the founder; help them manage activities, research, and schedule
2. Work on a strategic level on all projects, from a product, marketing, and operation perspective, and give input as needed
3. Help the founder manage timelines, deliverables, and actionable on the said projects and manage them effectively
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
5. Work with other stakeholders across the projects and help the founder manage the same with higher efficiency
