Resume Folks USA is seeking a creative and motivated intern to promote our professional resume writing, job search assistance, and interview coaching services on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to the USA based audience. The role focuses on organic growth strategies to engage both B2C (jobseekers) and B2B (career professionals) audiences without relying on paid ads.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) tailored to each platform.
- Participate in relevant groups, sharing resume tips and promoting services.
- Host Q&A sessions, share success stories, and build relationships with followers.
- Use organic growth strategies like hashtags to increase visibility.
B2C Outreach:
- Engage with jobseekers and professionals through comments, DMs, and posts.
- Design visually appealing content to highlight career and job search tips, resume services, and client success stories.
- Collaborate with influencers for shoutouts and partnerships.
B2B Outreach:
- Build relationships with career coaches, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Send personalized outreach messages to promote bulk resume writing and interview coaching services.
- Participate in professional groups to enhance brand credibility.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
