About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build a good client connection in the hospitality sector and offer our unique travel management services
2. Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and create pipelines for business
3. Understand, manage, and execute the use of upgrades and loyalty programs including follow-through to ensure services were delivered
4. Contribute to building a team to enhance geographical operations
5. Interpret vague or nonspecific instructions from the client to draw clear conclusions and assemble accurate travel arrangements
6. Use of additional resources may be necessary
7. Arrange travel for corporate groups and secure special group rates for airlines and hotels at the best price
8. Arrange all travel-related services including, but not limited to, bookings, such as air, rail, car, car service, hotel, seat assignments, and any other accommodations requested by the client
Requirements:
1. It is required to have a strong working knowledge of the unique requirements of complex international travel, including routing, fares and pricing, multi-destination trips, available resources, and travel documentation requirements
2. Have the knowledge to select and recommend foreign carriers for safety and reliability and make special arrangements (hotels, Showers) to accommodate international flight schedules and time zones
3. May be required to have an understanding and expertise in international offerings, including airport lounges, day rooms, local currency, local customs, and resources available
4. Ability to work outside regular shifts during special events or times of crisis.

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pimpri and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Ideally looking for someone who is pursuing a completed graduate or post
2. Graduate degree in travel and tourism management (other course graduates can also, apply)
3. Should have sound knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and corporate event management
4. A Valid Passport with min 1 year of Validity will be an added advantage
5. Should know about acquiring customers
6. Looking for someone who has excellent communication, operational, and sales skills
7. Willing to travel and explore new avenues and opportunities in India as well as abroad (if needed)
8. Should be living in Pune or should be ready to relocate to Pune as soon as possible
