3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS-Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
6. Assist in developing scripts and talking points for telemarketing campaigns.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and product knowledge.
