Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses and programs.
2. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to convert them into enrolled students.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications with prospective students in MS-Excel.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual information sessions and webinars for interested individuals.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
6. Utilize your Telugu proficiency to engage with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all students.
