We are looking for a telecalling intern with proficiency in English (spoken), Hindi (spoken), and English (written). As a telecalling intern, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and providing timely resolutions. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to customers, address their queries, and provide timely resolutions
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are addressed efficiently
3. Identify customer trends and communicate the same to the internal stakeholders
4. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions
5. Generate leads and handle customer complaints promptly
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective follow-up
