About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering questions about our ERP/CRM software product
2. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
3. Handling customer complaints, conducting product demos, and working on the latest product developments

Skills & Requirements:

1. We would want you to work with us for a minimum of 6 months
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field
3. Should be ready to come to the office on a daily basis
4. Previous working experience in the customer support domain is an added advantage

Note: The location is Nanganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
