1. Providing training support ( answering student queries) -

2. Evaluating the projects and assignments submitted by the students and providing personalized feedback on them.
3. Facilitating online discussions: TAs will be responsible for moderating online discussions, encouraging participation, and ensuring that discussions remain on track and respectful.
4. Collaborating with the instructor: A TA is supposed to work closely with the instructor to develop course materials, plan and organize course activities, and provide support to students.
5. Assisting with course planning and development: TAs may be involved in the development and planning of the course, including contributing ideas for assignments, activities, and assessments.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per if 100% of the sla is met).
