Suntek Corporations specializes in providing a ready-to-hire entry-level talent pool to IT product/service and core engineering companies. We are an assessment/training partner to colleges and help build ready-to-hire talent pools through the execution of Suntek Corporations' proprietary to-level assessment process to identify trainable-to-hire and ready-to-hire talent pools for IT products/services and core engineering companies.
We have evolved detailed criteria to discretely categorize talent pools best suited for IT product/service and core engineering companies. This categorization is essential because IT product/service and core engineering companies look for distinct skill sets which are divergent in some aspects. Apart from this, we provide customized training to the 'trainable to hire' talent pools to bridge the skill gap with the 'ready to hire' talent pool.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring students on DSA/coding in the college premises (for OT and interview preparation for tier 1 tech companies).
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6+ months of internship/work experience in an IT product company
2. Proficient in DSA/coding
3. High levels of empathy to understand the challenges faced by students and willingness to help them out
4. Decent communication skills
5. Irrespective of the coding language, have to understand the code and logic
6. Skills: data structures and algorithm, Java/Python, real-time project experience (good to have)
Note: We are looking for interns, coding instructors/experts,(SDE2/3, Tech Leads, and engineering managers) from top tech companies or colleges.
