Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in bulk recruitment processes by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for different roles
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings
5. Support in the documentation process by organizing and maintaining candidate records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
6. Help in the onboarding process by collecting required documentation and conducting background checks
7. Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
6. Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related activities is a plus
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
