Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate and oversee all phases of the recruitment process
2. Collaborate with internal team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
3. Assist and manage job posting and advertising processes
4. Execute and handle full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assignment rounds, selection, offer documentation, and more
5. Participate and engage in college placements and recruiting sessions
6. Assist in maintaining and updating weekly hiring reports and trackers
7. Conduct and perform reference checks and regular candidate check-ins
