Talent Acquisition Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Create Bytes, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our dynamic team. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and colleagues. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be crucial for maintaining recruitment data and reports. Additionally, your knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) will be beneficial in streamlining our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and update candidate profiles.
5. Help in creating and updating job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
7. Support in organizing recruitment events and initiatives to promote employer branding.
