Student Success Internship

Our newly launched product line placement guarantee courses (PGC) is an exciting next step in that direction. PGCs are in-depth, rigorous, online specializations that prepare students for an internship/job in that domain. For this new product line, we are looking to set up the world's best program delivery and user engagement team - a team that combines a teacher's empathy with an entrepreneur's hustle. And this role is your opportunity to be part of that team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being the first point of contact for students once they enroll in the PGC, you will be interacting with them, helping them, supporting them, motivating them, and will be their constant companion until they achieve their learning outcomes
2. Conducting regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress and offer support and guidance
3. Identifying students who may be struggling and working with them to develop a plan to catch up with their study plan and graduate
4. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular reports to program stakeholders
5. Monitoring of PGC continuously for feedback and suggestions by leveraging various channels-emails, forums, doubt-clearing sessions, weekly stand-ups, community, etc. with an aim to troubleshoot any technical or content-based issues that may occur in the PGC
