Solar PV Design (Pre-Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on deals assigned to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales team
2. Scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
3. Work on achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, market, and/or channel supported
4. Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders including customers for adapting easily scalable solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
5. Coordinate closely with the internal sales team and engineering team to align design solutions to meet the customers business requirements
6. Provide guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales to channel (this requires deep collaboration with engineering and learning & development functions and a deep understanding of products/solutions)
7. Monitor the technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales and cross-functional team on potential risks of deal closure

Note: The internship can be extended based on performance.
