About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Morning briefing: Attend team meetings and review updates to understand daily tasks and priorities.
2. Administrative support: Organize documents, manage schedules, and assist with general office tasks.
3. Communication: Handle phone calls and emails, draft correspondence, and provide information to team members.
4. Research and analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports as needed.
5. Project assistance: Support ongoing projects by performing tasks such as data entry and preparing materials.
6. Client interaction: Manage customer inquiries and assist with follow-up correspondence.
7. Office coordination: Help organize meetings, events, and manage office supplies.
8. Learning and feedback: Participate in training, seek feedback, and apply new skills to improve performance.
9. Daily review: Update your supervisor on completed tasks and prepare a to-do list for the next day.
