1. Create marketing, social media campaigns, strategies including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
3. Coordinate with the designer for designing & creative work
4. Report progress to senior marketing management
5. Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
6. Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
7. Create and distribute engaging content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages
