1. Work on social media accounts/channels management
2. Provide copy and editorial support including articles, press releases, blogs, social media content, etc.
3. Work on global projects for the marketing & communications teams by providing content for social channels, both organic and paid
4. Review & edit written content for grammar, verbiage, and comprehensibility to make them error-free and according to Ericsson brand guidelines
Skills & Requirements:
1. University degree in English, mass communication, journalism, media, and communication would be preferred
2. Familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
3. Basic knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Meltwater, etc. and social listening is a plus
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Eye for details in terms of grammar and verbiage
7. Command over the US English guidelines
8. A knack for editing and proofreading with good research and paraphrasing skills
9. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for a global audience
10. Basic understanding of digital marketing
11. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in multi-project, stakeholder scenario
12. Enthusiastic and motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
