1. Manage Whatshot's social media account and post content
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
6. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
7. Assist in creating performance reports
Required:
1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service

3. Previous internship experience in social media would be preferred
