About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the Sales Team: Assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management: Help maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
3. CRM System Management: Update and manage customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
5. Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings.
6. Customer Support: Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field.
2. A basic understanding of sales & CRM.
3. Fundamental knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development principles.
4. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
