Recruitment Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create posts for social media platforms and job portals in order to attract appropriate candidates
2. Post the job vacancy on different hiring portals to scout candidates
3. Understand the responsibilities and requirements of the vacant position
4. Screen the applications and identify the right candidates for Avaesa
5. Schedule & conduct the first round of interviews with the screened applicants
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
7. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
8. Take down the job vacancy posts from hiring portals and post successful hiring
9. Assist and engage with further follow-up procedures for recruitment
10. Create comprehensive job descriptions and other documents and creatives for distribution to colleges and recruitment agencies
11. Participate in the revision of recruitment-related documents such as job descriptions, role clarities, and job specifications
12. Revise the recruitment procedure as and when needed, and implement it after receiving approval from HR and the CEO
13. Acknowledge the rejected applicants and update the database
