Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Finding candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other platforms
2. Doing the first level screening where you check the eligibility by functional questions
3. Keeping a record of all interviews and tracking till closure
4. Onboarding the candidates
