Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being involved in end-to-end recruitment
2. Understanding the requirements of the clients
3. Searching resumes from various sources like internal databases, job portals, etc.
4. Working on the initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications & technical expertise
5. Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview
6. Scheduling face-to-face interviews with the client company and interview coordination
7. Sharing feedback with candidates which is given by the client
8. Maintaining call report status on daily basis, offering status reports, pipeline reports, and weekly reports
