Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating resource requirements with the respective department with the job description
2. Identifying suitable resources concerning openings
3. Screening the resource with requirements
4. Shortlisting resources in different phases - HR, technical, and finalization
5. Getting the resource under the defined joining criteria
6. Working on joining formalities, background checks, documentation, agreement signing, and induction as per the policy
7. Working on training on HR policy and getting it implemented within the employee services
8. Creating a healthy work environment
9. Work on the performance check of resource and report generation
10. Updating HR policy and creating awareness among the stakeholders of the business
11. Suggesting the latest trends in the market to retain resources
