We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on tasks as per requirements.
The successful candidate will possess:
1. Bachelor s degree or higher in architecture, construction management, or a closely related field
2. Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk AEC Suite software, Unity/Unreal, Premier pro, Lumion, Sketchup, V-Ray, and Corona
3. Experience in architecture design, space planning, landscape design, and conceptual design
4. Prior site exposure, 3D modeling & rendering knowledge
5. Ability to create design visualization and detailing
6. Drawing understanding and ability to create basic shop drawing
7. Understanding of daylight analysis, energy analysis, HVAC, and facade design
8. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural and civil construction documents
9. Proficiency with BIM authoring and analysis tools
10. Experience in Revit Suite of products (Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP)
11. Experience in AutoCAD-based products (AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD MEP)
12. Proficiency in rendering and post-processing tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Corona, V-Ray, Arnold, Corona, Premiere Pro, etc.
13. Effective participation in a team environment
