Product Research Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on facilitating, implementing and executing quantitative/qualitative research projects with supervision
2. Work on the preparation of research documents such as plans, questionnaires, discussion guides and first-level reports
3. Analyze and interpret the data to deliver actionable insights
4. Present and provide the findings to the relevant teams/internal stakeholders to be able to create resolution plans

Required:

1. Tier 1-2 BE/B.Tech/MBA students
2. Humanities, especially psychology students
3. Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week
4. Good communication skills
5. Multilingual proficiency is a great addon
6. Have a basic knowledge of various research methodologies and techniques like surveys, 1:1 interviews, group discussions
7. Experience in market research on either agency or client side for some time is a plus
8. Have strong analytical skills
9. Proficient in survey tools and MS Office
10. Have a passion for delving deep into customer psychology and understanding their key needs and how that translates into customer-centric products and experiences from our end
