Product Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provider Onboarding & Channel Listings: Take charge of creating and managing channel listings for healthcare providers across all platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage and visibility.
2. Performance Analysis: Dive into data to analyze the performance of provider profiles, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to optimize their presence and effectiveness.
3. Strategy & Optimization: Identify successful strategies employed by high-performing provider profiles and develop recommendations for improvements to enhance client engagement and organic leads.
4. Client Engagement: Help ensure that healthcare providers attract more clients by fine-tuning their profiles for optimal performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth processes.
6. Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular assessments of provider profiles and suggest improvements to optimize their performance on the platform.
