1. A bachelors degree in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
2. Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documents.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Marathi.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
